As a Hatha yoga teacher, I am inspired by the way yoga creates space for openness, stillness and perspective, and have integrated the practice into daily life.
Blending my passion for yoga and project management, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals and organisations that believe in yoga as a path to wholehearted living, who offer their teachings, tools and support to empower the community to live a life with a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment.

Tara Judelle
EVENT AND BRAND MANAGEMENT (INTERNATIONAL)
Tara Judelle is an internationally acclaimed teacher and lecturer in embodied anatomy and yoga and co-founder of The School of Embodied Flow. From the United States, Tara travels for majority of the year hosting events including workshops, trainings and retreats around the world.
For 3.5 years, I worked closely with Tara and was responsible for the following:
EVENT & LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
This included weekend to month-long events across Australia, Asia and Europe.
Customer service and student enrolments
Venue management including scouting and contract negotiations
Accommodation, food and beverage management for events offering onsite lodging
Global travel management for Tara
Guest speaker care and management
Manage the invites, appearances, logistics and promotion for events hosted by other groups (international studios, festivals etc)

Through my work with the Wake Up Project, we hosted international teacher Seane Corn for an Australian tour, which included a three-day “Wholehearted Living Retreat” in Manly Beach, as well as one day “Women Leading Change” events across three cities.

Yogawoman
FILM PREMIERE SCREENING COORDINATION
In coordination with the filmmaker, I organised for the exclusive screening of the film Yogawoman in Adelaide, including a Q&A segment with the Director/Producer who flew over from Sydney for the premiere. Through rich personal stories, Yogawoman reveals how yoga has utterly transformed the lives of millions of over-stimulated, overscheduled multitasking modern women.
The sold-out screening was held at the Mercury Cinema and received media coverage including a double-page spread article in The Advertiser’s SA Weekend.
Lululemon Athletica
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, EDUCATION
In addition to working as an Educator in the local store and managing their edm and Facebook page, I have contributed to the lululemon brand nationally through photography and video production.
I was invited to attend the first two annual Australian and New Zealand Ambassador Summits to capture the experience on camera - this is an exclusive event that celebrates the inspirational people who are part of the brand’s athlete program. In addition, I have also facilitated a meditation session at lululemon’s local yoga festival.
