Too many leaders spend their time “trial and erroring” their business, instead of focusing on what really matters — fulfilling their vision.

They start with limitless passion and enthusiasm for making a positive impact in the world. They’ve got a vision of what could be and how their zone of brilliance could make a change and they’re ready to do what it takes to get there. Driven by their inspiration, they propel themselves forward into action.

Only, along the way, these same founders find themselves overwhelmed and disheartened working “in” the business, the nitty-gritty of what it takes to grow in the day-to-day. So, over time, they lose sight of the vision that drove them to begin with.

Why do I do what I do? Simple. I love taking projects from a napkin to the world.

Okay, maybe not napkin, but definitely from the idea stage to the front stage.

After 15 years of experience working with businesses across a wide range of industries – technology, leadership training, advertising, publishing, sustainability, personal development, content production, event management, and podcasting – I’ve seen it happen time and again.

Ideas have the potential to create real change. And an idea and its realisation are connected by strategy, tactics, plans, structure and execution, it’s about putting the pieces together. And putting all the pieces in place is where I derive my energy, where my passion and purpose exist.
