Co-founders Matt Dickinson (Tech Entrepreneur) and Melli O’Brien (Mindfulness Teacher) approached me to create the #1 Mindfulness App. They had a community, momentum and were wanting to develop an integrated approach for development, deployment and growth.
Together we developed an integrated plan to get the product to market with high efficiency, quality and impact at the forefront. We then built a team of engineers, content developers and growth specialists to deploy a website, iOS and Android App and online events.
I got to work, building a global team that specialised in content, development and growth marketing to take this project from concept stage through to launch and beyond.

Recruitment system to attract and employ the best global talent.
Ensuring strategic goals are met with smart decision-making processes, team cohesion, and efficient meetings Supporting the Co-founders to ensure their ideas are translated into functional plans, and ensuring their time was freed up for visioning and innovation
Operational Efficiency
Execute business strategy, plans, and procedures and optimise the organisation’s operational capabilities.
Harmoniously integrate all the major operating functions of the business and ensure there is focus, clarity, and accountability across the team.
Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) implementation and rollout across the organisation.
Strategic Stakeholder and Community Management
Strategic planning for securing partnerships with 8 x internationally recognised mindfulness teachers and content providers for launch.
Put systems in place to manage the day-to-day relations with various external stakeholders including content contributors (teachers, publishers), affiliate marketing partners, and promotional partners.
Streamline the Customer Support team and all department processes to ensure we consistently offer first-class customer experience (including OKR, customer journey funnels, help centre, CRM best practices).
Develop and automate the financial assistance program to ensure the app is accessible to the broader community.
High-Efficiency Content Management
Automate and deploy the end-to-end production and delivery of 1000+ original pieces of audio-visual launch content (audio meditations, talks, videos, etc).
