When I met with Sibyl, Chief Business Officer, B2C Division of Sounds True, she was managing countless offerings for the Eckhart Tolle business including website and e-commerce, online offerings, audio production, and in-person events. She was looking for assistance to optimise their workflows, innovate and continue to build on their rapid growth.
Together we determined they needed an integrated approach to streamlining their project management, systems, team structure, and management. This would lay the foundation for Eckhart Tolle’s work to reach millions of people.
I got to work assisting with general business operations and project management support, including:
Establishing a systematised approach for bringing the project from concept to launch, including the development and launch of Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening 6-month course, including marketing and launch strategy, webinar development, funnel development, and program development
Setting up core processes and workflows across marketing, content management, and customer service
Platform audit, recommendations, optimisation, and implementation across website, email marketing platform, and asset management
Conducted team training to ensure smarter and more efficient decision-making and better outcomes.
